Solid dissolves more quickly in hot water because 
1) Solids are more soluble in hot water and do not dissolve at all in cold water  2) Increased temperature increases kinetic energy of particles and thus rate of inter mixing increases 3) Increased temperature decrease the size of the particles so rate of inter mixing increases  4) Increased temperature attract the particles of solid more closer to liquids which then diffuses very quickly and got mixed​
